Returns & Exchanges

At Welcome to Brownie, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
